Can an unregistered provider use SoloDocket?

Yes. SoloDocket supports plan-managed and self-managed participant records. It warns you when the billing setup does not match your business registration.

Will SoloDocket choose a support item for me?

No. SoloDocket starts with the support and rate agreed with the participant. It points out differences before invoicing, and you choose the final item.

Can I record a past session?

Yes. Add the service date and actual times. SoloDocket shows when the record was entered and does not add an old location.
